a bit about me & my approach

Hi, I’m Emilie, a brand photographer based in Altrincham, mum to a teenage daughter, and someone who knows exactly how daunting it can feel to be on the other side of the camera.

Before photography became my full-time work, I spent years in the corporate world. I always loved creating images, but self-doubt had a loud voice, telling me I wasn’t ready yet, that I needed more experience, more time, more confidence.

In my 30s, that changed. I stopped waiting, backed myself, and made the leap.

Now I work with established business owners and entrepreneurs across Cheshire and Manchester (and travel UK-wide), especially those who are brilliant at what they do but don’t necessarily love being the face of their brand.

That’s exactly why I do things differently. I’ve created a calm, encouraging experience where you can ease into the process, without pressure or performance. My approach is relaxed and quietly strategic, so you’re guided, not forced.
