Once I’ve got your enquiry, we’ll set up a time for a relaxed consultation.  We’ll talk through your goals, ideas, and what kind of images will tell your story best.  I’ll also answer any questions and walk you through what to expect. No pressure, just a friendly chat to get the ball rolling.

Planning

Once we’ve talked about your goals, we’ll get into the fun stuff: planning your shoot! We’ll discuss outfits, locations, and the vibe you want to convey. I’ll also create a shot list so we don’t miss anything important

STEP 03

 

Picture time

This is the fun part! We’ll meet at our chosen location, I’ll guide you through every step of the session, making sure you feel relaxed, confident and comfortable. There’s no need to stress about posing, I’ll give you gentle direction so you can focus on just being yourself.

The gallery

You’ll receive a gallery of professionally edited images/footage that you can start using right away on your website, social media, marketing materials, and more. You’ll have a toolkit of visuals that perfectly represent your brand.

FAQ

 

Can I use the images for everything, website, socials, print, etc.?

Absolutely! All images come with a commercial use license, which means you’re free to use them across your marketing platforms, social media, website, email, print and even ads. No hidden fees, no surprises.

I feel awkward in front of the camera, will I need to pose?

Not at all. My style is natural, documentary and relaxed. I’ll guide you gently, but most of the time, we’re capturing you in action, doing what you do best. Think less stiff posing, more “this is me doing my thing and looking good while I do it.” You’ll leave feeling confident, not cringey.

Do I really need brand photos? Can’t I just use stock images?

Stock images are like a generic suit off the rack, fine for some things, but they’ll never fit you or your story the way custom photos do. Your brand deserves imagery as unique as your business, showing your personality, process, and authenticity. When you invest in brand photography, you invest in trust, connection, and standing out with intention, which pays off in loyal clients and bigger opportunities.

What if I’m not a “personal brand”? Can this still work for me?

100%. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur, a CEO with a team, or a founder of a luxury product line, brand photography is about telling your story, not just “you.” It captures your values, your vibe, your products, your people, your workspace. What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

If we’ve planned an outdoor shoot and the weather doesn’t cooperate, don’t worry, we have options! I’ll monitor the forecast closely leading up to the session, and if the weather isn’t suitable on the day, we can either reschedule or switch to an indoor location (if available). Your comfort and the quality of your photos are my top priority, so we’ll find a solution that works best for you!

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Yes! Travel is included within 20 miles of WA14 (Altrincham). For locations beyond this, a small travel fee will be added based on distance. I’ll always confirm any additional travel costs upfront so there are no surprises.
