FAQ
Can I pause a month?
Yes. Life and business have seasons. Founding members can pause for one month when needed, as long as you give notice before your next billing date. We’ll simply pick up where we left off the following month. Alternatively, you can bank your hours and use them another time.
What if I need more than 30 images?
Easy. Your subscription includes 30 curated images each month, and you can add extras at the member's rate of £5 per image (normally £15). If you regularly need more, we can plan your shoot to prioritise variety, or discuss a higher-volume month around launches.
Do you travel outside Cheshire/Manchester?
Yes. I’m based in Altrincham and work across Cheshire and Manchester as standard, with UK travel available. For shoots further afield, I’ll quote travel in advance so everything’s clear and there are no surprises.
When will I receive my gallery each month?
You’ll receive your curated gallery promptly after each shoot, with a consistent turnaround you can rely on. If you have a launch or deadline, tell me in advance and we’ll schedule your shoot date to make sure your content lands when you need it.
